No company can ETHICALLY make sure you are on the front page of Google for popular keywords, or even the 2nd page. Google will determine your ranking based on these 3 main things:
1. Keywords inside your actual site content, not the meta keywords or meta anything in your site.
2. Getting your site linked TO from other websites.
