PROCESS & PROCEDURES CHECK LIST:
(1) Request an INVOICE. Call 678-447-2558 and/or Email: wwalk714@wepraisewebdesign.com include your billing/contact information for the invoice. We will email you an invoice for your records. Call us to confirm at: 678-447-2558. If you pay directly via paypal, paypal will send you a receipt. Pay via www.paypal.com - click SEND MONEY - Enter amount and PAYPAL email address which is: wwalk714@bellsouth.net or you can click on the paypal link at www.wepraisewebdesign.com.
(2) You can mail your payment. (Check or money order). We do not begin promos without payment. We also will not begin promos until the check has CLEARED.
(3) Email content (GRAPHICS/TEXT, MUSIC, ETC.) to: promo@wepraisewebdesign.com.
(4) Make sure that all TEXT is in MS-word or email format and properly formatted with spell-check. Double check your text, we do not make changes to your content. PLEASE NOTE: Proof read your TEXT before submitting to wePRAISEwebdesign.com.
(5) All photos and/or logo should be saved to a cd or disk (or) email photos via jpeg format - 300 dpi.
(6) Email MP3 Music Files (30-45 seconds) 1-2 songs files.
(7) Include all contact information. (Booking/management/radio servicing/publicity). Include links to web site or myspace page.
(8) Turn-around time is (5 days if we design it & 2-5 days for pre-designed promos). We compose the promo and send you a proof for typos and omissions. We will send you a TEST EMAIL to PROOF/APPROVE. Failure to respond to the test email will delay the delivery.
(9) We help with subject lines. We prefer to select the subject line due to the spam rules.
(10) PLEASE DOUBLE PROOF ALL CONTENT.
PAYPAL PROCEDURES:
We accept orders through PayPal, a safe and secure credit card processor, and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use your credit card, debit card or checking account. GO TO www.wepraisewebdesign.com/order-now/payments and click on the paypal “BUY NOW” button. Complete form. Please make sure you include the name of your promo. Note: The recipients email is wwalk714@bellsouth.net. Please pay with a CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD. NO E-CHECKS. If you send an e-check, we can't start the design of your promo until the e-check has cleared.
DISCLAIMERS & DISCLOSURES- PLEASE READ
(1) Sound does not play in every email platform. wePRAISEwebdesign.com is not responsible if your email provider prevents sound from playing.
(2) In consideration of those opening email at work, we generally do not allow sound to start automatically. Instead, we provide an on and off button.
(3) wePRAISEwebdesign.com sends out 2-5 emails a day. If you believe that you are having trouble receiving our emails, please let us know BEFORE we send your promo out.
(4) If you have any people that you would like us to send your email to please have them subscribe and confirm their subscription to wePRAISEwebdesign.com. Please let us know BEFORE we send your promo out if they are having trouble receiving our emails.
(5) SPAM is a fact of life. Different email platforms filter out different messages based on various criteria. wePRAISEwebdesign.com cannot control what your email provider filters. What is spam on AOL may be perfectly fine in Yahoo and vice versa.
(6) DOUBLE, TRIPLE, & QUADRUPLE PROOF YOUR PROMO- wePRAISEwebdesign.com designs numerous promos a day. We do not have time to proof your promo. Please make sure that there are no typos, all names are spelt correctly, and all links are working. We will NOT be held responsible for errors sent out in a promo that YOU APPROVED.
(7) Delivery dates cannot be given until the promo is finalized.
(8) While we try our best to accommodate all of our clients, we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
(9) You are only allowed to promote one company/ministry in your promo. Your promo is not to be used to promote any other entities or design firms. Please remove all links promoting other entities, design firms or promotional companies. The cost to promote other companies or entities is an additional $300.00.
(10) wePRAISEwebdesign.com has built its reputation upon its designs. If you purchase a promo designed by us, please allow us to use our expertise and experience to create a promo that will best represent you. If you have a specific design that you would like, you may want to consider a pre-designed promo. Also note that design changes will result in additional fees.
